When was the last time you gave yourself a couple of hours without needing to achieve, solve or take care of something?
Relax. Reconnect. Remember. is a small, welcoming wellbeing experience created to give you space to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life and spend some time reconnecting with yourself.
Over two hours, you will be gently guided through moments of relaxation, reflection and sensory awareness, including our mindful handwashing ritual and a new experience combining guided meditation with intuitive colouring.
This is not an art class, and you do not need to be good at colouring, drawing or meditation.
The page is simply a place to notice, explore and respond in your own way. You might choose colours, add lines, words, shapes or symbols, or leave parts completely untouched. There is nothing to finish and nothing to get right.

There will also be time to pause, reflect and connect with the experience at your own pace. Sharing is always optional.
Come as you are. Wear something comfortable and allow yourself these two hours to simply be, receive and reconnect.

No previous meditation or artistic experience is required.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing you can sit and move gently in, a water bottle, a bowl large enough to hold both hands, and a small towel.
Good to know:
Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate, so early booking is recommended. Please arrive a few minutes before 2 PM so we can begin together.
