Reiki Level 1 (Shoden) is the traditional foundation of Usui Reiki. You'll be attuned to Reiki energy and learn to use it for yourself and for others. This course also goes further. Alongside the healing, you'll start to awaken the intuitive gifts that come with it.

You'll study the theory online before the course, in your own time. That means our day together at Anahata is spent on practice. You'll give and receive Reiki, work with the energy and build real confidence in your hands and your intuition.

Your teacher:
Cindy Theodore is a Reiki Master Teacher, Trance Medium and 20th-generation Shamanic Lineage Holder, trained at the Arthur Findlay College and the College of Psychic Studies. Her teaching is relaxed, grounded and down to earth, and her students leave with a practice they can use at home straight away.
