Dit nieuwe hoofdstuk introduceert het kernconcept van het festival — technologie en muziek in dialoog — onder het dak van De Jungle, Wormerveer, en creëert een ruimte waar underground elektronische muziek, elektronische kunst en geluidsonderwijs samenkomen.
