About this Event
Qi Gong is a mindful movement practice where we work with our life-force energy to help feel less stressed, more energised, and in greater harmony with ourselves, others and with the rest of nature. Qi Gong has ancient roots and is based on Taoist philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory (TCM).
Buddha Palm is a Qi Gong form for channeling energy through your hands for self-healing. It also helps build a field of protection to shield you from negative energy and keep your energy balanced throughout the day.
This workshop will include:
- TCM theory about Qi and energy channels in the body
- Movement practices and meditation to build and direct healing energy; and to build protective energy
- Time for questions and discussion
If you have a physical or mental health medical condition that might affect your ability to participate, or affect your or other people’s safety or enjoyment, you should take appropriate medical advice and inform me of your condition. Please also let me know if you are pregnant.
