This is an immersive wellness experience designed to help you pause, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and intentionally release what no longer belongs in your next chapter.
Guided by Dr. Kindra Denise Brooks, nurse educator, resilience strategist, HeartMath Practitioner, and founder of Kindra Denise Speaks LLC, you’ll experience a day of meaningful reflection, practical resilience tools, and authentic connection in a welcoming, supportive environment.
This isn’t a conference.
It’s not therapy.
It’s not another seminar.
It’s an invitation to slow down, tell yourself the truth, and make space for renewal.
Whether you’re a caregiver, leader, entrepreneur, healthcare professional, or simply someone who has spent years pouring into everyone else, this day is for you.
