Event Description: Your baby’s first year is full of incredible growth—physically, emotionally, and socially. This 90-minute workshop offers a gentle and empowering look at how to support those changes while also honoring your own well-being as a parent or caregiver.
In Developmental Milestones + Movement, we’ll explore key 12-month milestones, social play, and age-appropriate baby activities. You’ll also be invited to move with your baby through simple, playful motion routines that foster bonding, development, and joy. This class welcomes babies to attend with you in a nurturing, community-centered environment.
This is the third session in our Postnatal Workshop Series for families with babies 3–12 months old. These workshops are flexible and can be joined at any time, depending on your needs. Whether you're wondering what’s next in your baby’s development or seeking ways to reconnect with your own body and wellness, this session offers gentle encouragement and practical tools.
