Join Co-Editors Ursula Rucker and Yolanda Wisher for an evening of community writing, media literacy, and craft. Bring a recent news article that's been on your mind, one that moved you, unsettled you, or left something unsaid. Together we'll discuss it, unpack it, and write through it, learning poetic techniques that turn headlines into human truth.
This workshop is part of The Poet's Press, Love Now Media's initiative publishing poetry as civic discourse and public record. Whether you're an experienced poet or picking up a pen for the first time, all voices are welcome.
