The is community designed to uplift and support educators of color.
Led by Teach Plus Pennsylvania, PAGN brings together educators across Philadelphia for monthly affinity group meetings, ACT 48 credit hours and stipends for eligible participants, and a network where 98% of participants report a stronger sense of belonging and 94% feel more empowered to share their voice in education.
Eligibility: PAGN welcomes K–12 educators in non-administrative roles working in the School District of Philadelphia or charter schools—including paraprofessionals enrolled in Grow Your Own (GYOs) programs/teacher ed and student teachers.
Benefits:

- ACT 48 Credits: Earn professional development credits.
- Stipends: Eligible members may also be compensated for their time and commitment to the affinity groups throughout the duration of the 2025-26 program.
