About this Event
On the 1st Sunday of each month join me on your yoga mat as I guide you through a 60-minute practice of yoga pranayama (breathwork) and asana (postures) set to a curated playlist of calming and upbeat music.
Bring a yoga mat and any other yoga props you'd like for your practice. Bathrooms & water bottle refills are available at the brewery. We'll practice outdoors on pavement in the shaded space behind Lovely's! Stick around the beer garden after class to connect over shandies & snacks available for purchase!
$20 tickets via Eventbrite, Cash, Venmo (@Grace-Reinhalter) & PayPal ([email protected]) accepted.
