Welcome in Autumn with a beautifully crafted afternoon of nourishment.
About this Event
Autumn represents a time to journey within, take a pause, give thanks for what we have and consider letting go of what we don't need (just like in nature with the trees releasing their leaves ready for the new come Spring).
At this event, we'll drink cacao (pure chocolate made into a drink or you can have tea if you prefer), and enjoy some gentle grounding breathwork to connect with ourselves and nature more deeply.
You'll be led through a nourishing guided restorative yin yoga session (autumn is represented by the metal element, the organs of the lungs, large intestines and skin as well as supporting breath & boundaries). Here we'll rest in passive poses for around 3 minutes at a time, to allow the body and nervous system to soften and rest.
Following this, a sound journey where crystal singing bowls and other carefully chosen percussion instruments will further enhance deep rest leading into the final section; a deeply restorative yoga nidra (guided 'conscious sleep' meditation) to further support you into a dreamy, relaxed state.
A thoughtfully curated playlist, as well as silence and aroma (essential oils & herb/wood smokes) will be thoughtfully woven in throughout.
Exchange is £33 (plus allevents fee).
