β¨ Nature Rx: Qigong Meditative Movement at Confluence Park β¨

Come experience free-flowing 1.5-hour Nature Rx mindful practice at beautiful Confluence Park along the San Antonio River. This is a relaxed, drop-in experience, so participants are welcome to arrive and participate at any time. Spring Forest Qigong offers a calming blend of breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation to restore balance, peace, and energy.
The experience also includes a nature-based journaling practice that invites awareness of how land, body, and emotion are interconnected through somatic experience, sensing how the elements around us are mirrored within the body and inner landscape.
Materials provided: journal or paper, writing utensil, and colored pencils.
This meditative movement practice supports both body and mind. No experience is neededβjust bring water, wear comfy clothes, and come with an open heart. π§π§π½ββοΈ
