This is a container where you can feel into the truth of physiological birth and your partner will become your childbirth choices champion. This class will present you with realistic expectations, practical tools, and - most importantly, knowledge, so you can come into birth with confidence.
Days and times are flexible to suit the group.
It is currently scheduled to run fortnightly
Monday evenings 5:30-7:00
7 Sept - 9 Nov, for a total of 6 classes.
This can be changed, so please express your interest even if it does not suit.
$150 per baby (couples/with support person same price as just māmā) for the entire course.

Week 2: The Labor Blueprint
Week 3: How Babies Get Out
Week 4: Labor Strategies
Week 5: Preparing for the Sacred Postpartum
Week 6: Pelvic Floor Care & Course Conclusion
The course includes a workbook which prompts you to organize your thoughts & identify your strengths.
