„Nasza rewolucja” (Our Revolution) is a 2026 biographical drama film directed by Piotr Domalewski that chronicles the intertwined personal and political lives of prominent Polish democratic opposition figures Jacek Kuroń and his wife, Grażyna „Gajka” Kuroń, during the 1980s.Set in 1980s Warsaw, the apartment of Jacek and Gajka Kuroń functions simultaneously as a newsroom, a meeting space, and a shelter for the burgeoning democratic opposition.
Their private life takes a backseat to the fight for freedom. The narrative emphasizes the human cost of their activism rather than just historical milestones—focusing on a marriage tested by constant surveillance, forced separations, imprisonment, and the sudden shock of martial law in Poland.
