Join us every Monday for a free, restorative music therapy session, with time slots available from 10 to 11 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon.Led by certified music therapists, each session offers a gentle, supportive space designed around your comfort. It is the perfect weekly reset to reduce stress, encourage emotional expression, improve focus, boost your mood and promote a lasting sense of calm.
