What to Expect
Music Industry Mondays (MIM) is a free weekly event series held every Monday, bringing artists, creatives, and industry professionals together with guest speakers from across the music industry. Each session explores a different area of the business - from artists and managers to labels, festivals, publishing, marketing, and beyond. Expect honest insight, practical advice, and real-world experience, followed by an open mic and open Q&A.
Meet This Week’s Guest
Eunice Obianagha is the Head of Diversity at UK Music, where she leads industry-wide inclusion initiatives across the organisations representing the UK music industry. She is also the Founder and Director of ENSPIRE Management, a strategy and operations consultancy specialising in music, culture, community and entertainment.
Eunice has worked behind some of the industry's biggest projects and organisations. She is Show Producer and Director of Events for the MOBO Awards, delivering internationally broadcast productions across BBC, ITV, Viacom and YouTube. Through ENSPIRE, she has worked with clients including Pinterest, Ted Baker, Pattern by Tracee Ellis Ross and NBC Universal, alongside music productions in Nigeria including ITV's The Voice Nigeria.
Alongside her work at UK Music and ENSPIRE, Eunice is Chairwoman of Small Green Shoots, a Board Member of Liverpool's Visitor Economy Partnership, a BRIT Awards Voting Academy member, a member of the Power Up Executive Steering Committee and a Music Advisor for the PRS Foundation.
In 2023, Eunice was appointed UK Music's first Head of Diversity. In this role, she works across the industry to develop and implement meaningful diversity and inclusion initiatives, representing sectors spanning recorded music, live music, publishing, songwriting, artist management and music rights.
