Welcome to an opportunity to explore and strengthen the relationship with that dancer inside you.
Together we co-create a dancing field through music and rhythm, dance meditation and movement, in connection with the elements.
Come and nurture the sacred creative flame inside — that soft, fluid, calm, joyous, spacious, timeless feeling in the spine, hips, heart and whole body.
We explore the relationship between the feminine receptive and masculine active aspects of ourselves, moving through the body between earth and sky, meeting in the heart.

What is Movement Medicine?
Movement Medicine is a grounded, rhythmic, intuitive dance practice supporting a healthy relationship with your body, heart and mind.
When you move naturally and consciously, your awareness expands, and you can soften the grip of thoughts that create suffering.
I hold spaces for people to reconnect with their bodies, emotions and inner power — meeting whatever is present as a gateway to aliveness, freedom, peace and joy.
Movement Medicine teacher since 2011, trained since 2006.
Artist, mother, grandmother and lifelong explorer of art, embodiment and self-inquiry.
