Our 2026 Annual Community Conference will take place on Saturday 14th November in Central Birmingham, UK

Meet other families and people living with Inherited Metabolic Disorders at our 2026 Annual Community Conference. This event is an opportunity to form friendships and connections across the IMD Community whilst sharing your experiences, knowledge and giving you a safe space to ask questions and learn from others.

Our 2026 Annual Community Conference is all about creating Community Connections! Bringing together community groups to build stronger connections with like minded people who understand.

This year, we will be offering more IMD specific communities the opportunity to meet up. Our wonderful Community Lead, Sarah is working with community groups to build this programme of events.

Other sessions include: Low Protein insights - including exhibition of products, Young adults living with an IMD, Access to Global Webinars, Fun activities for children, Tasty "build-your-own" buffet lunch and much, much more!

The venue is accessible with an accessible bathroom. Birmingham New Street Station is the closest station with just a 2 minute walk to the venue, but Snow Hill and Moor Street are also within a walkable distance. There are two carparks around a 10 minute walk from The Studio: NCP High Street (postcode B4 7LN) and NCP New Street (postcode B5 4AN)
