Join our team for our workshop on what to expect during peri-menopause & menopause, how different therapies can support your transition andAbout this Event
The practitioners at Anahata have come together to create an engaging, interactive workshop, bringing together the time-honoured wisdom of Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic traditions to support you through menopause.
Following the success of our sold-out 2025 event, we’re delighted to be bringing the workshop back! This year, we’ll be exploring Menopause & Neurodiversity — a theme that offers valuable insights for everyone, whether neurodivergent or not.
Whether you’re navigating menopause naturally, choosing a hormone-free approach, or using HRT, this workshop is designed to inspire, empower and nourish you. You’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with experienced practitioners, ask questions and explore approaches tailored to your individual menopause journey.
You’ll also be able to try a range of therapies through affordable, low-cost taster sessions, helping you discover what feels most supportive for you.
More than just a workshop, this is an opportunity to transform your understanding of menopause, connect with others who are navigating similar experiences, and discover simple, accessible and effective lifestyle changes to help you feel more balanced, supported and empowered through this natural stage of life.
