Feeling joyful and connected to others is essential for our wellbeing, inner peace and happiness. Yet even when we're surrounded by people, a sense of connection can be elusive. In this drop-in series, Meditation & the Art of Feeling Connected, we explore simple but powerful meditations that gently open the heart and create a genuine feeling of connection with others.
Each class includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic, followed by time for questions. Classes are self-contained, so you're welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.
Cost: $15 per class, or $60 for 5 classes at the door. Buy a drop-in ticket here on Eventbrite, or pay at the door.
Membership and series passes are available on the website.
