About this Event
Meet the Tilts: a hospitality triple threat!
For 27 years, Matthew and Lizzie Tilt have owned and run The Rodean in Kenton, near Exeter. Their boys grew up in that restaurant, and it shows. Josh went down the food route and is now our Group Head Chef. Charlie went down the drinks route, trained as a mixologist and now runs operations across the group.
For the second year running, this Dartmouth Food Festival, the three of them are back in one kitchen. Matthew is cooking a three-course menu inspired by The Rodean, with Josh alongside him and Charlie pairing the drinks.
Pull up a chair and be part of a Tilt family dinner.
Part of the South West Series, our week of chef takeovers and collabs with our favourites from the region.
Thursday 22 October.
