About this Event
For one night only, one of Devon's most exciting restaurants is taking over the kitchen at The Crafty Mussel for Dartmouth Food Festival.
Voted Devon's Best Restaurant two years running, Crave is an independent restaurant on Exeter's Quayside that has just opened a second site in Bristol. Head Chef Richard Buston and his team cook vibrant, modern food made for sharing. Expect big global flavours built on proper Devon produce, with fish from Brixham market and meat from Darts Farm.
Crave is also one of the best places in the county for young talent. Their kitchen takes on students from Exeter College, and their pastry chef went from a college placement to a national final at 18. They picked up gold at the Food Drink Devon Awards along the way.
This is our first collab with Crave and we can't wait. Rich and the team are writing a bespoke menu just for the evening, with an optional drinks pairing on the night.
Good food, a busy kitchen and a table by the river.
