The Fishmongers Table is back for Food Festival weekend.
Ethan brings his full fishmonger's table from Greendale to Pontoon, laid out with the day's catch. You pick your fish, Ethan fillets it right in front of you and it goes straight to our kitchen to be cooked fresh. It doesn't get much fresher than that.
We ran it at last year's Food Festival and again for Regatta, and we were fully booked all weekend. Don't leave it late.
Pull up a chair, take your time and make an afternoon (or an evening) of it.
