About this Event
Low Bar and Friends, formerly known as Elephant in the Room, is The Low Bar’s monthly improv jam and show at the Albert Arms in Elephant & Castle. Two guest acts, open games, names from a hat, and free entry.
Come and watch, come and play, or just come for a pint. The night is relaxed, friendly and open to everyone, from experienced improvisers to total beginners who have never stepped on stage before.
Each night features two invited improv teams, followed by open games where anyone can join in. No pressure, no experience needed, and no expectation to be clever. Just put your name in the hat, cheer people on, and see what happens.
It’s a community night for improvisers, performers, curious locals, supportive friends, and anyone who enjoys a room where things might go slightly wrong in a good way.
