About this Event
Join us for the second edition of Latina Glow Up Day — BECOMING HER, a curated sunset retreat for the woman you are becoming✨
San Diego, we’re doing it again. 🤍
This is not your typical Pilates class or wellness event.
It’s a transformational experience designed to step into the woman you were created to be.
💗 We speak Spanish! / ¡Hablamos español!
A bilingual experience created for Latinas.
Movement, self-discovery, vision, creativity and meaningful connection.
THE EXPERIENCE
✨ Restore Pilates & Flow
A gentle mat Pilates experience designed to restore the body and intentional movement to reconnect with yourself and your body through mindful movement, breath, mobility and deep stretching.
A moment to get out of your head, reconnect with your body and become fully present for the afternoon ahead.
✨ Becoming Her Workshop
A Transformational workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity on where you are and where you’re going, and intentionally step into the woman you’re becoming.
+ Glow Up Workbook: Through powerful prompts and reflection exercises, you’ll leave with more than inspiration, you’ll leave with clarity and intention for the version of yourself you’re stepping into.
✨ VISUALIZE — Meet Her
Through an intentional guided visualization experience, you’ll imagine the life you’re creating and connect with the version of you already living it.
🎨 ✨ Paint Your Dreams
You’ll receive your own canvas and painting materials to creatively represent your dreams, your next chapter and the woman you’re becoming.
There is no right way to create it.
Enjoy music, mocktails, light bites and conversation while creating a physical reminder of the life you’re intentionally building - and take your canvas home with you.
🌅 CONNECT — Golden Hour + Community
We’ll close the afternoon surrounded by community as the sun sets over San Diego.
Share your creations, meet new women, take beautiful photos and enjoy meaningful conversations with other Latinas who are also dreaming bigger, growing and becoming.
Because sometimes the people we meet in one chapter become part of the next one. 🤍
This is an experience designed to slow down, reconnect with yourself, dream bigger and get clear on your next chapter.
Because becoming her isn’t about waking up one day as a completely different woman.
It’s about the choices you begin making today.
