From Inner Fire to Grounded Intuition
As we approach the transition from Scorpio season into the expansive energy of Sagittarius, we are invited to journey inward through an evening of Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and immersive sound healing. This gathering offers space to quiet the mind, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with the intuition and inner wisdom that guide us toward greater clarity, trust, and grounded presence.
At the heart of this workshop is theBecome Intuitive Kriya, a set of Kundalini Yoga practices designed to refine awareness and strengthen our connection to intuitive intelligence. Through breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation, we will explore the space beyond mental chatter, cultivating a deeper capacity to listen inwardly and recognize the subtle wisdom that emerges when we become still and present.
Astrologically, this gathering takes place in the final days of Scorpio season, a time traditionally associated with introspection, transformation, and the courage to look beneath the surface. With Mercury in Scorpio, we are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and patterns shaping our inner world, creating space for deeper understanding and discernment. Meanwhile, the Moon moves into Aries, bringing a complementary theme of initiative, courage, and forward movement. As we approach Sagittarius season, these energies offer an opportunity to transform inner insight into purposeful action, balancing reflection with the willingness to move forward in alignment with what feels true.
As movement gives way to stillness, the evening will conclude with an immersive sound journey, inviting you to soften, settle into spacious rest, and integrate the practice. The soundscape will weave together the Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Native American Flute, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, and Didgeridoo. Through layers of resonance, rhythm, and vibration, you are invited to release effort, rest in the present moment, and simply receive.
This is an invitation to tend to our inner fire without burning ourselves out; to balance intuition with discernment, courage with compassion, and inner exploration with grounded action. Rather than seeking every answer through the mind, we create space to listen deeply, reconnect with our own inner knowing, and move forward with greater intention.

No previous Kundalini Yoga, meditation, or sound healing experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
What to bring: Please bring your favorite crystals, along with a pen and a piece of white paper and/or a journal for reflection.
