Escape to Valencia with our authentic Spanish Paella class! In this fun and interactive class, you will learn how to create this famous Spanish favorite known for its signature golden saffron hue, smoky flavors of chorizo, fresh seafood and textured vegetables. You will also learn how to flavor profile and blend Spanish flavors, and where to source fresh, seasonal ingredients in order to master the perfect Paella. Perfect for entertaining, wow your friends and family at your next dinner party with your new found signature dish!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting. You will be seated with your booking party and will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. BYOB is welcome, so for those over 21+ please feel free to bring your own beer and wine. Bring your curiosity and appetite!
