About this Event
Trust Her Words™ presents:
Identity After Motherhood — Who Am I Now?
Produced by Listen To Her Events Corp.
⇨ About the Event
Motherhood changes us.
Sometimes in beautiful ways. Sometimes in ways we never expected. And somewhere between who we were before and who everyone needs us to be now, many of us quietly find ourselves asking: "Who am I now?"
Identity After Motherhood: Who Am I Now? is the inaugural experience from Trust Her Words™, produced by Listen To Her Events Corp.
This is not a traditional conference or networking event. It is an intimate evening created for women to slow down, listen, reflect, connect and hear the kinds of honest stories that are too often left unspoken.
Through a series of fireside-style conversations, we will explore motherhood and identity from different perspectives - career, entrepreneurship, feeling lost, reconnecting with our bodies, and ultimately rediscovering the woman within the mother.
You don't need to arrive with answers.
You just need to arrive as you are.
⇨ The Conversations
Four Chapters format: fireside-style conversations
📕Chapter One | The Returning Mother
Career, ambition and returning to a professional identity
A conversation about navigating the workplace after motherhood — ambition, guilt, confidence, changing priorities and the question of whether the professional woman we were before still fits who we are now.
Featuring Evie Begy.
📕Chapter Two | The Searching Mother
Feeling lost — and finding yourself again
An honest conversation about the identity loss that can come with motherhood, the invisible emotional load, and what it can look like to slowly reconnect with yourself again.
Featuring Libby Ward.
📕Chapter Three | The Rebuilding Mother
Building something while raising someone
A conversation about entrepreneurship, creativity, ambition, family and the reality of building a business while navigating motherhood.
Featuring Julie Cole.
📕Chapter Four | The Embodied Mother
Reconnecting with the body that carried you
A conversation about body identity, strength, confidence and learning to inhabit and appreciate a body that may feel very different after motherhood.
Featuring Jess Sennet.
🎶And to Close the Evening...
We will move from conversation into music with an intimate, unplugged musical closing - a few songs, stories and a moment to simply sit with everything the evening has held.
Because sometimes the things we feel most deeply aren't explained.
They're felt.

⇨ Who Is This Evening For?
This experience was created for mothers who have ever wondered: Where did I go?
For the woman returning to work and realizing she has changed.
For the mother who loves her family deeply but still misses parts of herself.
For the entrepreneur trying to build something while raising someone.
For the woman learning to reconnect with her body.
For anyone navigating that complicated space between who she was, who motherhood asked her to become, and who she may be becoming next.
You do not need to be in any particular stage of motherhood to belong in this room.
⇨ About Trust Her Words™
Trust Her Words™ creates spaces where women's stories are not simply shared - they are heard.
Through intimate live experiences and meaningful conversations, we bring women together around the parts of life that are often deeply felt but rarely spoken about openly.
Our experiences are designed around connection rather than networking, depth rather than performance, and the belief that there is power in hearing another woman put words to something you thought you were carrying alone.
A stage for her story.
Trust Her Words is produced by Listen To Her Events Corp.
