About this workshop
This workshop is part of the Good for Ealing London Living Wage Business Support Programme, a free programme supporting Ealing-based employers that are accredited London Living Wage Employers, or willing to become accredited as part of the programme.
Recent changes to UK employment law are reshaping the way employers manage their workforce and maintain employment records.
This practical workshop will provide an overview of key legislative changes and help employers understand their responsibilities. The session will also explore leadership practices that help create trust, engagement and a positive workplace culture.

To be eligible, businesses must:
- Be based in the London Borough of Ealing
- Be accredited as a London Living Wage Employer, or become accredited prior to receiving support
- Be committed to building a successful, sustainable and responsible business
