Join us for the inaugural Houston Fitness & Wellness Expo, an energetic, interactive experience designed to make fitness and wellness approachable, educational, and fun.

Held inside a 20,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art gym in Houston’s Museum District, the Expo brings together fitness professionals, wellness experts, local businesses, and the Houston community for a day focused on feeling and living better.

Your Expo Experience Includes:

• 30-minute fitness classes & workout sessions for a variety of fitness levels
• Wellness talks and educational sessions
• Live demonstrations
• Local fitness and wellness vendors
• Interactive experiences, vendors, and community resources
• Opportunities to connect, learn, and try something new

Whether you’re already active or just looking for practical ways to improve your health and wellness, there’s something here for you.

Info: Upon arrival, an expo greeter will escort you to the elevator, which will lead you to the expo floor. After check-in, you can explore our vendors, gather raffle tickets, and sign up for fitness classes/workout sessions.

Fitness classes/workout sessions require sign-up at check-in. Sign-ups will close when the classes/sessions have reached capacity.
