About this Event
Join me on Wednesday November 4th at 7pm for a hands on workshop about respiratory health, where we will explore the stages of respiratory infection, and learn how to match medicinal herbs to human energetic constitution, with the goal of bringing our bodies back into a natural state of balance. At the end of this workshop, you will walk away with a custom respiratory herbal blend to use at home. Please join us!
About Me:
I am a Clinical Herbalist, Herbal Medicine Maker, Researcher, and the Founder of Isis Embodied Herbals. I have helped design some of the specialized herbal tea house blends that you will find on the shelves of the store!
I am particularly passionate about the intersections between herbal medicine & food, the energetic aspects of herbs, and how herbal formulas can be custom tailored to fit human energetic patterns in order to bring the body back into a natural balance.
