Kids are invited to come and join us at The H Dispensary for a fun and educational indepth workshop where you can learn how to create your very own herbal first aid kit!
This hands-on workshop is perfect for kids aged 8 to 12 who are interested in natural remedies and taking care of themselves and others. Led by Lily, our student Naturopath and Founder of the H Dispensary Timothy Thomas, the two will guide children through the process of selecting and preparing various herbs to make your personalised first aid kit, featuring balms, tea, topical tinctures and more.
Don't miss out on this unique opportunity for your children to learn valuable skills and have a great time learning ancient knowledge about plants.

- This workshop is suitable for children aged 8 years - 12 years old
