About this Event
Menopause is not just a physical transition. It can change how we feel, how we sleep, how we respond to stress and how much emotional capacity we have left at the end of the day.
Sometimes you need to release it.
Sometimes you need to rest.
And sometimes, you need a beautiful ritual to help you do both.
Join Brenda Rogers, naturopath, nutritionist and Menopause specialist, for an intimate, hands-on workshop created especially for Menopause Week, where we’ll explore the art of creating simple, natural evening rituals to support emotional decompression and deeper rest during the menopause years.
Limited to just 10 guests, this is an opportunity to step away from the noise, learn from an experienced natural-health practitioner and make your own collection of beautiful, botanical products to take home and use in your evening rituals.
RELEASE THE RAGE. CREATE THE REST.
Brenda will guide you through the connection between stress, emotions, hormones and rest, sharing her experience and practical knowledge of natural approaches to supporting women through menopause.
WHAT YOU'LL CREATE:
Working with beautiful botanical ingredients, you'll make your own collection of natural self-care preparations to take home, including:
🛁 A luxurious bath salt blend or bath soak
Create a mineral-rich blend designed to help you unwind and transition out of the day. You will craft your own restorative bathing ritual using carefully selected natural ingredients.
✨ An evening skin oil
Create a beautiful botanical oil to incorporate into a slow, sensory evening skincare ritual.
MORE THAN A CRAFTING WORKSHOP
This is an evening of learning, making, connecting and exhaling.
You'll discover how small sensory rituals can become powerful cues for slowing down, creating a transition between the demands of the day and bedtime, and making space for yourself.
You'll also have the opportunity to ask Brenda questions and learn more about natural approaches to navigating the menopause transition.
Your evening includes:
- 90 minutes of guided hands-on crafting
- All botanical ingredients and materials
- Your handmade bath salts or bath soak to take home
- Your handmade evening skin oil
- Practical menopause and natural wellbeing education from Brenda
- Beautiful ritual ideas to continue at home

COME FOR THE RAGE. STAY FOR THE REST.
Because menopause doesn't have to be something you simply endure.
It can be a time to listen more closely to your body, rethink what you need and create new rituals that support the woman you're becoming.
Come with your big emotions.
Leave with something you've made, something you've learned and a few beautiful rituals to help you release, restore and rest.
PLEASE NOTE: Our hands on workshops have limited tickets, and often sell out, grab your ticket early to avoid missing out.
