Learning to listen to the quiet voice inside
In a world filled with notifications, opinions, expectations and endless information, learning to hear your own inner voice can be surprisingly powerful.
In this engaging and fun school holiday workshop, teens will explore intuition and inner knowing in a way that is practical, playful and empowering.
Jo Shipley will guide participants through simple exercises designed to help them become more aware of their body's signals, feelings and intuitive responses - and start recognising when they might be overthinking versus genuinely tuning in. Using tools such as crystals, herbal teas and cards, teens will learn to build their intuitive muscle in a fun way.

Rather than giving teenagers another set of rules about what they should think or feel, this workshop encourages them to become curious about their own inner experience.
Because growing up isn't just about learning how to navigate the world around you.
It's also about learning how to trust yourself.
This workshop is a fun educational and reflective experience designed to encourage self-awareness and personal development.
