Healing through the Navel Gate: Navel Gate Workshop (Chi Nei Tsang)

Did you know the Navel is the gate to your soul?

The Umbilicus Cord is the Original Gate of our life force. It is the pre-natal pathway of nourishment and purity. The Navel has contra-indications for acupuncture needles. Yet, has many applications in TCM for both Assessment and Treatment.

In this workshop, participants will learn to:

• Evaluate the Navel’s shape and lines for insight into one’s constitution well-being, and spiritual transformation.
• Harmonize Qi flow throughout the body by clearing physical and emotional symptoms linked to internal organ imbalances.
• Explore the connection between emotional stress and specific physical symptoms.
• Balance the Internal Organs with abdomen massage, navel points, meridians stretching, toning and Qigong.
