Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this mid-morning class is about enjoying the essence of slowing down, holding postures for a few breaths with purposeful alignment, and refining the elements of mindful transitions. Taking things slow brings peace and presence into your practice, making each class feel more connected and intentional.
Expect a supportive, thoughtful practice that helps you reset, realign, and learn to flow. Come curious, and leave with renewed awareness and ease.
We love sharing pranayama, meditation, concentration exercises, and yogic wisdom to foster inner peace, self-discipline, and self-awareness. Class is ideal for all ages 💫
