Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this mid-morning class is about enjoying the essence of slowing down, holding postures for a few breaths with purposeful alignment, and refining the elements of mindful transitions. Taking things slow brings peace and presence into your practice, making each class feel more connected and intentional.
