Get into the Halloween spirit with a fun, beginner-friendly yoga flow designed for all bodies and experience levels!
Expect mindful movement, stretching, breathwork, and plenty of opportunities to laugh, relax, and connect. Costumes are highly encouraged, but never required!

After yoga, we'll gather for a costume contest celebrating creativity, originality, and Halloween spirit.
Whether you're rocking a witch's hat, channeling your inner superhero, or showing off a costume you've been planning all year, we can't wait to see what you come up with!
