Calling all witches, wizards and dogs in disguise! The City of Menlo Park's Halloween Hoopla returns on Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 11 AM to 2 PM.Decorate your bike, wagon or scooter, put on your costume and join the parade. It departs at 11 AM from Parking Lot #1 (Maloney Street lot, behind Cheeky Monkey), heads down Santa Cruz Avenue and ends at Fremont Park for the Halloween carnival. Participants should arrive by 10:45 AM.
Trick-or-treaters get a free bag to use at participating downtown stores. Family entertainers Lori and RJ host an interactive party on the Fremont Park stage with music, dancing, bubbles, puppets and magic.
Dogs on leash are welcome in the "Howl-o-ween Walkers" section of the parade.
