About this Event

Designers and co-founders of Indigene, Jaya and Ruchi, invite you on their journey behind "Relove" - an idea rooted in upcycling traditions across the Indian subcontinent. They breathe new life into leftover fabrics, scraps, and production offcuts, creating unique, wabi-sabi style trans-seasonal wearable art, with the intention of minimising waste and preserving the rich heritage of patching, repairing, and mending.

  • Exhibition and Sale: 1 PM to 6 PM
  • Mending Workshop: 2 PM to 3 PM
  • Illustrated Talk and Conversation: 4 PM to 6 PM

Join us to practise the art of creative mending. Please bring along a favourite piece of torn or damaged clothing to repair.
