Join Silvia Franco for a Kava Sangha Circle followed by Sound Healing Journey led by Terrie Weaver. We begin our evening’s journey with mindfulness practices, Kava elixirs, and sacred sharing within our Sangh (community) circle at 5:45. and last until about 8pm.
Then Terrie will lead participants in a soothing sound bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other meditative instruments for a deeply relaxing & healing in ward journey. Everyone will get their own zero-gravity chair and grounding mat to connect with Mother Earth.
The kava provides a more deeply relaxing experience. You will leave feeling centered and refreshed.
*Please bring a blanket. Zero gravity chairs and grounding mats are provided.
