You’ve done the hardest part: you started. Your ideas are there, your content is live, and you know what you’re making has potential. But scaling up and turning your audience into income can feel like something that only happens for other people.

Making a living as a creator takes more than consistency. It takes the right tools, the right mindset, confidence, and the insider know-how that usually takes years to figure out on your own.

From Content Creator to moneymaker is a free, interactive event for 18–30 year-olds, designed to bridge the gap between creative passion and paid work. The traditional job market is tough right now, so giffgaff is backing creator economy skills as a real, viable route forward. It might be a modest living at first, but it’s one you can build on.

What to expect

In person and on the livestream:

• A fireside chat with Jade Beason, founder of The Creator Project, on building a sustainable creator business and what it really takes to get paid
• A keynote from Mia McGrath, creator of the Frugal Chic movement, on how she turned sharing her own money journey into a full-time creator career
• Live Q&A after both sessions, with livestream viewers able to post questions in real time

In person only:

• Welcome drinks to kick off the day
• Lunch, provided
• A hands-on workshop led by Mia, where you’ll work in small groups on a real brand brief, from finding your angle to pitching your idea
• An hour of networking with your peers

• This event is free and open to aspiring and early-stage creators 18–30
• In-person places are limited to 40
• As this event is for creators aged 18–30 you’ll be asked to confirm your DOB when booking.
• All in-person attendees must bring a valid form of photo ID to gain access to the venue. Without ID you may be refused entry
