About this Event
Overflow is a chance to stop carrying your life for a night and rebuild it so you don't have to carry so much when you leave.
We spend so much time trying to become more productive, disciplined or resilient, when often the real problem is that we're carrying too much in our heads and trying to fit ourselves around everything that needs us.
The unfinished tasks. Decisions. Responsibilities. Emotional weight. The things we need to remember, manage, maintain, anticipate and somehow still make room for.
And then September arrives and we decide this will be the season we finally get back on track.
The workouts. The project. The business. The better sleep. The relationship. The routines. The goals.
But a fresh calendar doesn't automatically create a fresh nervous system.
Overflow gives you two guided hours to step out of that cycle.
You'll uncover the invisible load consuming your mental and emotional bandwidth, experience a deep guided nervous-system reset, reconnect with what you actually want more of in your life, and then redesign your real week around it.
This isn't another list of things you should be doing. And it isn't two hours of talking about self-care.
You leave with less to hold, more clarity about what matters, and an actual rhythm for making room for your energy, health, relationships, ambitions, rest and joy.
Because the goal isn't to get better at handling an overwhelming life. It's to build a life that doesn't require you to live overwhelmed.Because sustainable change isn’t created by constantly pushing yourself back on track.
It’s created by building a life that makes it easier to stay there.
This experience is for you if:
