- 6:00 – 6:10 PM: Welcome Remarks from WiRE & ESC
- 6:10 – 6:15 PM: Speed Mentoring Instructions
- 6:15 – 7:15 PM: Speed Mentoring Rounds (4 rounds, ~15 minutes each)
- 7:15 – 7:30 PM: Closing Remarks & Contact Exchange
