About this Event
Posting regularly is not the same as having a sales strategy.
This practical workshop will help you connect what you post on social media with what your customers actually need to see before they enquire, book or buy.
Designed for small businesses without large advertising budgets, the session focuses on organic content you can create consistently. It combines straightforward strategy with hands-on exercises, so you will work on your own business throughout rather than simply listening to a presentation.
You will learn how to:
- identify the people most likely to buy from you
- connect your social media content to a clear offer
- build a flexible content framework that can evolve with your business
- turn one strong idea into useful content across different platforms
- use AI to organise your thinking and build a realistic schedule, without asking it to create your finished work
- use accessible tools, including TikTok’s editing features, to make and repurpose video content
- move past perfectionism and create a manageable plan you can actually maintain
- By the end of the workshop, you will have the beginnings of a practical content and customer-conversion plan for your own business.
Format: 50% practical exercises and 50% presentation and demonstration.
Please bring: A phone or laptop with access to your social media accounts.

Millions of people around the world have the ideas, talent, and ambition to build something better for themselves and their communities — but have never seen entrepreneurship as a path available to them. Global Entrepreneurship Week changes that. This campaign meets people where they are and connects them to the networks, tools, and support to take that first step — showing what’s possible in their own communities.
