Join us in person for a powerful gathering of men ready to explore conscious connected breathing. This monthly circle is all about letting go of the sh*t that no longer serves, clarifying what to do next, and (re)connecting to you at your best. We do so in a fun, safe and supportive space. It’s a perfect chance to breathe, release stress, and build connection. Come as you are to free your body and mind!Secure your spot by emailing [email protected]
Session is facilitated by Eoin, Michael and Paul:
Eoin Daly is an experienced Conscious Connected Breath facilitator and trainer.
Michael Collins is a seasoned business leader, 3 Principles Practitioner and Conscious Connected Breath facilitator.
Paul is a high-performance coach who uses transformational breathwork to help purpose-driven leaders perform at their best. He recently published his first book: 'Breathe Free: A Guide to Your Conscious Connected Breath' and has been featured in The Irish Times and The Currency. For more details see www.paul-reynolds.com
