Free the Flow, Release the Block: A Story Stick Workshop

Something in your life wants to move: your energy, your creativity, a relationship, your sense of direction. This workshop gives it room to flow.
In this 2½-hour workshop, you'll wrap two Story Sticks with yarn, colour and texture: one for the flow you want to invite in, and one for the block you're ready to release.
We begin with the flow. From there, the process unfolds in its own way for each person, so you don't need to know your block before you arrive.

What are Story Sticks?
A simple, hands-on way to express what's inside you without needing words. You wrap yarn around a natural stick, one thread at a time, and let your intention live in your hands, not only in your mind. It's not about being artistic. It's about creating space for what's ready to shift.

"Sometimes it's hard to listen to my intuition, but this process helps open the gateway between head and heart." – S.B.

📍 Redwood Theatre – Gallery Studio entrance, 1298 Gerrard St East (stairs to the studio)
💰 $65 early bird until Oct 28 | $75 after | materials included
👥 Small group, limited to 9
