Leadership can feel a little different when you start stepping into it. The new responsibilities. The people dynamics. The decisions. The moments when you wonder, Am I doing this right? But how we lead isn’t shaped by work alone. We bring our strengths, experiences, relationships and lives outside of work with us.
Part of our Seat at the Leadership Table series, this experience brings new + emerging leaders across all industries together at Bellwoods Brewery for a relaxed evening of good conversation, new connections and a chance to explore what you bring to leadership.
Before the event, you’ll complete the CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment to discover the strengths you naturally bring to the way you think, work, connect and lead.
Your strengths are the starting point, not the whole conversation.
During the evening, we’ll use your results to explore what you bring, what has shaped you and how you want to show up as a leader. You’ll meet other people navigating leadership and have the chance to put a real question or challenge on the Leadership Table and hear perspectives from others in the room.

New to people leadership, preparing for your first leadership role, growing into greater responsibility, or simply figuring out what kind of leader you want to be.
You don’t need a particular title, number of years of experience or polished leadership story. You just need to be curious about your leadership and open to connecting with others who are figuring some of it out, too.
