Free Spirit Soirée!
Free Spirit Soirée is a casual, walk-around tasting experience featuring rotating snacks by Burdock & Co., who are being joined in the kitchen by friends and colleagues from local farm-to-table icons. the Acorn and Dachi.
Accompanying their fare will be a wide array of pours from some of the most exciting non-alc producers from Denmark, Austria, Germany, France, and beyond.
Highlights will include Provence-style rosés from the Languedoc's Domaine de Montrose, Burgundian botanical wonders from Domaine des Grottes, an exclusive biodynamic gem from cult-favourite Austrian winery Gut Oggau, stylish fizz from Copenhagen's Arensbak, and expressive refreshments from Creek & Gully's Naramata orchards, right in our own backyard.
