Join us for an immersive journey creating space for grief to be felt, honoured and witnessed by self and others.
About this Event

Grief is a universal human experience of both loss and absence. Whether your grief has been experienced through death of a loved one, unrealized dreams or disconnection from ancestry, these losses are recorded in your body, heart and psyche. When grief is repressed, it becomes distorted and projected into the body as illness, relationships as conflict, humanity as war and onto the planet as destruction. By witnessing your grief, you increase your capacity to witness others' grief. Grief is a bridge of reconnection within ourselves and with our shared humanity.

Grief calls to be witnessed, not fixed.

Join Robin and Alana Joy for an immersive journey of voice and heart co-creating space for grief to be witnessed. This experience will weave together gentle movement, meditation, and reflective journelling. Robin will lead a voice activation, supporting with the alchemization of grief.

Robin and Alana Joy are intuitive guides with decades of experience supporting individual and collective alchemization of human emotions.
