Hello Industry Colleagues!
On behalf of the BC & Yukon CMP Committee, I would like to invite you all to attend the 2026 BC & Yukon CMP Technical Meeting and AGM on December 2nd at the Sutton Place Hotel in Vancouver.
Notes: times are subject to change as we get closer to the conference.
On December 1stwe have a reception at Butcher and Bullock Public House (911 W Pender St) starting at 6 pm. Appetizers/Finger Food and Beverages will be provided, as well as a cash bar (if you use up all your tickets). This reception is also open to those who cannot attend the conference, please use the registration link below.
Please bring toys for the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau to the reception. Bring some unwrapped toys and you get a free beverage ticket per toy if you need additional motivation – there is no limit! Alternatively, if you would like to donate instead the link is below:

We have held the registration pricing this year: Early Registration: $345, Late Registration: $395, December 1st Reception only $60. Early Student Registration: $50 ans Late Student Registration: $70.
Our Sponsorship team has provided the attachment with full details about our programs and the great work we have done and will continue to do with your generous donations. Please help us out as much as you can! As you are aware the sponsorship money not only supports the conference but the local communities through donations.

Our Technical Presentation team are starting to put together a great Technical Session, and we look forward to having some great Keynote speaker(s) and presentations. Please see attached for more details on submissions.
Details for the Technical Session and AGM will be forthcoming. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided, and an after-session reception will follow.
We will be sending out updates on a regular basis, let’s make this a great conference to finish off the year.
