A free three-hour workshop exploring the vagus nerve through breath, movement, sound, body awareness and physical theatre.
About this Event

Following the first Body & Wellbeing pilot workshop, I decided to organise a second session at Centre 151.

The allocated places for Haggerston residents have now been filled, so the remaining spaces are open to people from outside Haggerston and the wider public.

About the workshop

Body & Wellbeing is a three-hour embodied workshop exploring practices connected to the vagus nerve through breath, gentle movement, sound, body awareness, physical theatre and creative reflection.

The session offers space to reconnect with your body, explore movement and support relaxation within a welcoming group environment.

No previous theatre or movement experience is required. You can work at your own pace, and partner exercises are optional.

Practical information

Friday 18 September 2026
6:30–9:30pm
Centre 151
151 Whiston Road, Haggerston, London E2 8GU

The workshop is free, but places are limited and booking is essential.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your own water.

Reserve your free public place through Eventbrite.
